Our New Venue At The Cape Coral VFW

For all who want to participate the tables will be numbered, and starting at 9:00 couples and singles will draw a number out of the box. You will then go to sit at the table you have drawn for 15 minutes. Then you will draw another number and move to a new table, getting to meet and talk to prospective new friends. "Trading spaces" will last two hours from 9:00 till 11:00, then sit anywhere you like.
Time:
8:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m.
Amenities:
1. Free snack bar (donated by Florida Swing Party)
2. Cash bar, (reasonable drinks) must have cash. ATM available but who knows when an ATM quits working :)
3. Huge wooden dance floor
4. Room for hundreds of people
5. Light show and live DJ, (music at a level that you can still talk and make new friends).
6. Games, drawings, prizes, Give-a-ways, (a new Eager Beaver also needs a home :)
Cost:
No Membership Fees, (must sign our privacy agreement at the door, online, or already be a member).
$25.00 per couple
$40.00 per single male
Single females, FREE
Hotel:
There is a nice hotel just down the street only about 1 minute away! Rate is $119.99 plus tax because we're in season and lots of visitors coming to town. We've booked our new venue for a year ahead and the hotel promises to give us good rates starting in April. Two couples renting rooms together would be a lot cheaper.
Dress:
We hope you will "Dress To Impress!" You won't be popular if you are shabby and unkempt. Florida Swing Party reserves the right to deny entrance to anyone for any reason.
Dress as sexy as you like but stay legal. It's Florida people so yes, shorts are fine :)
Rules:
We don't have a lot of rules, but the ones we do have are set in stone and will enforced immediately!
1. No, means no and if not followed you may be asked to leave without warning!
2. Absolutely no drugs of any kind.
