About our Parties

We will be hosting parties once a month. First sign up, first come. Make advance plans. We don't like turning anyone away but if you wait till the last minute, we are normally booked full.

You must email us to be put on the guest list to be considered for an invitation.

We have a long invite list of couples & a few select single males that Raymond and I know personally and are considered "VIP" among the Swinger Community. 

We also (Raymond and I) do not start our own partying until each one of our guests arrive. That way, we know you are safe and don't worry about you. Every guest will have both of our phone numbers to let us know if something comes up or if you are going to be late.

We also have a DOT certified breathalizer and if we beleive you are inebriated, we will take your keys and you don't drive until you are the legal limit to do so. And if you need to spend the night, you are always welcome to do that as well.

We do not allow open sex. If you want to play at our parties, we have separate play places available and sometimes an "open" group room. This makes sure everyone is comfortable with the surroundings and what is going on in front of them.

We play ice breaker games, which everyone seems to enjoy and have prizes for the winners.
